Subprocessors
Service providers Keyfolio may use to process data while operating the billing workspace.
Current categories
Keyfolio uses the following categories of subprocessors to provide the service. The exact infrastructure provider may vary by deployment region or environment; we will keep this page current when a material production subprocessor changes.
| Provider | Purpose | Data category |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing, hosted checkout, and connected-account onboarding | Payment and billing data needed for the requested transaction |
| Amazon Web Services SES | Transactional email delivery | Recipient email address and message content |
| OpenRouter and other services you connect | Provider usage synchronization at your direction | Connected-provider identifiers, usage, and credentials required to perform the sync |
| Hosting and PostgreSQL infrastructure providers | Application hosting, database storage, backups, and security operations | Account, workspace, billing, and security data |
Updates and objections
We may update this page to reflect changes in our service providers. Customers with a DPA may raise a reasonable data-protection objection to a material new subprocessor by emailing privacy@keyfolio.ai within 30 days after the update.
