Rules that keep Keyfolio's billing workflows secure, lawful, and reliable.
Use Keyfolio lawfully
You may use Keyfolio only for legitimate agency billing and reconciliation activities, in compliance with law, these Terms, and the terms of connected services. You must have a valid lawful basis and all permissions needed for the data and credentials you enter.
Do not
- Access or attempt to access another person's workspace, credentials, or data without authorization.
- Use a connected provider credential that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Create false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized invoices, payment requests, or client records.
- Probe, scan, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, or service availability.
- Transmit malware, exploit code, or harmful content; reverse engineer the service except where law prohibits that restriction; or use automated means that overload the service.
- Use Keyfolio to violate privacy, consumer-protection, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, intellectual-property, or other applicable laws.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations and suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Keyfolio, or third parties; comply with law; or prevent abuse. We may preserve and disclose information where legally required. Report suspected misuse to privacy@keyfolio.ai.
